Have used product before and it is usually beautiful and well received, including one that I ordered the month prior. Unfortunately this latest gift box is still yet to be delivered. My recipient didn’t receive their celebration box and I am having to chase it up with NZ Post. Contacted CB and asked they could help and was advised that once it had left their premises out of their control (understandable). I have not responded back with them since.
Still awaiting contact with NZ Post over the whereabouts of my box.
This time and really disappointed.

I ordered 4 and got them all with a ribbon. They all were beautifully presented and I love how they have the extra glad wrap around the gift boxes to preserve the look.
